【Travel Tips】

1. Shuttle: Since Xizang's shuttle trains/planes are arranged by the local professional pickup center, the staff will contact you in advance. Please ensure that your mobile phone is unobstructed. Foreigners and Taiwanese compatriots need a tour guide to pick them up at the station. For Chinese nationals, the pick-up driver will directly check in at the hotel.The travel agency will inform you in advance of the hotel room pick-up method, and you can directly check in and rest at the hotel. Ifyou have not received any notification, please。contact the travel agency staff in a timely manner (see the departure notice for details) and provide assistance to you in a timely manner. The tour guide will notify the next day's gathering time by phone ortext message before 2 o'clock.

2. High altitude sickness: Do not engage in vigorous exercise on the day of arrival in Lhasa, and do not take a shower that night to prevent catching a cold.Do not drink alcohol.Drink plenty of water and eat fruits, do not eat too much.Take more rest and bring your own ginseng lozenges or health supplements such as Rhodiola and Gaoyuan An to alleviate altitude sickness.Following the arrangements of travel agency staff and tour guides,avoiding outdoor activities as much as possible, maintaining a normal mindset and sufficient rest are the best methods to prevent altitude sickness.If you are feeling unwell, go to the hospital for treatment in a timely manner.

【Jokhang Temple】,The Jokhang Temple is the final destination for pilgrims. A statue of the 12-year-old Sakyamuni, who lived in India inthe fifth century BC, and who was the creator of Buddhism, is collected in the monastery. This is the reason why Buddhists consider Lhasa a Sacred Land.

【Ticketing tips for the Jokhang Temple】

·The Jokhang Temple needs real-name online ticketing. From 7:00am to 23:59pm every day, the tickets for the nextday will be

open on the WeChat applet "Jokhang Temple Reservation" until the number of reservations is full.Therefore, tickets must be

reservedone day in advance.

·The Jokhang Temple does not open group reservation and you should make reservation by yourself. Travel consultant or tour guide will instruct you how to make reservation. If you fail to reserve at your own reasons, we donot bear any responsibility and

consequences.

·The Jokhang Temple is a religious temple rather than a tourist attraction. Please note if encountering important religious activities or important activities, you can not visit the Jokhang Temple.

After the reservationis Successful,the ticket cannot be re-booked within 7 days from the day of the visit,If you can not enter the Potala Palace due to the wrong documents provided by yourself,we do not bear any responsibility and consequences.Therefore, it is important totake the valid documents. If the name or ID number or document does not match the information Office and it can not designate the visiting time. Please note the actual visiting route sequences may be different from the provided one.

·In peak season, therehas restrictions in visiting the Potala Palace and each travel provided before,you will not be able to enter the Potala Palace. Please note the ticketfee has actually been incurred and cannot berefunded.

·The visiting time of the Potala Palace is randomly issued by the Potala Palace Management agency has only a limited number ofgroup bookings every day. In order to ensure the group tour visiting, we solve the problem through differentchannels. Due to the special requirements for ticket purchases in different channels, you are requested to obey tour guide arrangement. The normal arrangements are as below :

【羊卓雍湖】是西藏三大圣湖之一的淡水湖,湖水如羊脂般清澈,湖水甘甜,可以飲用。湛藍(lán)的湖水與遠(yuǎn)方的雪山連為體,加上兩岸各色的山脈、極具特色的藏民族村落、遍地的牛羊,一路走來(lái),心神怡。羊湖湖水面積638 平方公里湖面海拔4441 米，湖岸線長(zhǎng)達(dá)250 千米。此湖也被認(rèn)為是神女遺落在人間的松石耳串。站在海拔4950 米的崗巴拉山頂向南眺望，羊卓雍錯(cuò)像一塊鑲嵌在群峰之中的藍(lán)寶石,碧藍(lán)的湖水

平滑如鏡，明藍(lán)映天。

【卡若拉冰川】，逐漸消逝的冰川(游覽約20 分鐘)西藏三大大陸型冰川之一,冰川背靠西藏四大高峰之一的乃欽康桑雪山,巨大的冰川從山頂云霧飄緲處,一直延伸到離公路只有幾百米的路邊。雖然由于長(zhǎng)年受公路上灰塵的影響,冰川整體呈黑白分層形態(tài),但冰川上半部在陽(yáng)光的照耀下猶如一副巨型唐卡掛在山壁上,熠熠生輝。由于先后有電影《紅河谷》、《江孜之戰(zhàn)》、《云水謠》曾在此拍攝外景而聲名遠(yuǎn)揚(yáng)。

夜宿日喀則一后藏中心日喀則，藏語(yǔ)意為“最好的莊園”，是“西藏的糧倉(cāng)”之一。是歷史上后藏的政治、宗教、文化中心，也是歷代班禪的駐錫之地。已有50 多年歷史，是目前西藏的第二大城市。

Youwill want to have your camera at the readyfor the turquoise waters of Yamdrok Lake, which is one of the three holy lakes ofTibet, and the 

beautiful Mt. Nyenchen Khangsar glacier as seen from the Karol la Pass. Later on we’ll be

【珠穆朗瑪峰】

珠穆朗瑪峰海拔848 米，為世界第一高峰，位于喜馬拉雅山中段中尼邊界上。峰頂終年積雪，遠(yuǎn)望冰川懸垂，銀峰高聳，景色無(wú)比奇特壯觀

【定日珠峰觀景臺(tái)】

珠穆朗瑪峰觀景臺(tái)位于日喀則定日縣珠峰路2 公里處，這是到珠峰大本營(yíng)的必經(jīng)之路。觀景臺(tái)海拔達(dá)520 米。從這里向南瞭望，可見(jiàn)珠峰等諸座高達(dá)80 米雪山

【絨布寺】

絨布寺海拔約510 米，地勢(shì)高峻寒冷，景觀絕妙。新的珠峰大本營(yíng)地就在附近。有幸還可以看到如生命之火般飄蕩的珠峰旗云。

【觀珠峰日出】

早上一定要全副武裝，日出前山口的氣溫可達(dá)0 度以下，加上強(qiáng)風(fēng)勁吹，請(qǐng)務(wù)必做好保暖裝備。站在地球之巔迎著陽(yáng)光仰望珠峰，峰頂終年積雪，遠(yuǎn)望冰川懸垂，銀峰高聳，一派圣潔景象，攝珠峰日出時(shí)分的場(chǎng)景（拍攝效果視天氣而定）

【嘉措拉山口】

嘉措拉山是前往世界第一峰—珠穆朗瑪峰的必經(jīng)之路，山口海拔52 米是中尼公路上的最高點(diǎn)，如果天氣晴朗站在嘉措拉山口可以遠(yuǎn)眺珠穆朗瑪峰，亦可觀賞到卓奧友峰洛子峰和馬卡魯峰。

We willget an early star today to cross the【Gyatso La Pas】, also known as the Dingri Boundary, At an altiude of5248 meters. In the afternoon we will drive back to Shigaste.

If you are lucky enough,you can enjoy the sunrise at the Base Camp. It depends on the weatherconditions and other factors.

【扎什倫布寺】（游覽約1 小時(shí)）

扎什倫布寺，也稱“吉祥須彌寺”，日喀則地區(qū)大的寺廟，與拉薩的哲蚌寺，色拉寺和甘丹寺以及青海的塔爾寺和甘肅的拉卜楞寺并列為格魯派的六大寺廟。由宗喀巴的弟子一世達(dá)賴根敦珠巴于147 年倡建。扎什倫布寺極盛時(shí)房間總數(shù)達(dá)30 余間，寺僧50 余人，下屬寺廟50 余座，莊園牧場(chǎng)30 余處。從第四世班禪起，后世班禪均以此寺為駐錫地，現(xiàn)在的扎什倫布寺共有：扎倉(cāng)4 個(gè)，經(jīng)堂56 座，房務(wù)360余間，寺僧80 余名，總占地面積30 萬(wàn)平方米。

游玩亮點(diǎn)：

1.被譽(yù)為后藏自尊，是歷代班禪的駐錫地，也是后藏地區(qū)大的寺廟，與拉薩三大寺并稱為藏地四大寺。

2.強(qiáng)巴佛殿內(nèi)供奉著銅塑佛像，共享黃銅23140 斤，黃金670 兩，僅鑲嵌佛像兩眉，就用了大小鉆石珍珠等140 多顆。

3.寺內(nèi)供奉有造型精美絕倫的班禪舍利塔，使用黃金、白銀、銅、綢緞、珊瑚、珍珠、瑪瑙、綠松石等多種材質(zhì)不計(jì)其數(shù)

【Tashilumpo Monastery】

Tashilumpo Monastery, the seat of Tibet'second highest incarnation-the Panchen Lama. The immense complex is a rambling warren of chapels,shrines,and halls linked by mysterious alleyways and step staircase. At the center of themonastery is a courtyard that was used as theater forreligious dances. Just of the great courtyard in Tashilumpo’s mainhall, where, like theexplore Sven Hedin, we may hear “the monks…intone a chant…enthralling, mystical, full ofyearning … soothing as cradle, intoxicating as wine, and sedative as morphia.”We'll visithis darkand evocative chamberand its many side altars, as well as distinctive red building called the Jamkhang Chenmo, whichhouse a massive yetlyrical 90-fotal statue of Maitreya, the Future Buddha, builtin 194 by the Ninth Panchen Lama while Europe was madly at war.
